Whenever the name ‘ Africa’ is mentioned what readily comes to mind is that “continent of extreme poverty, hunger, disease, civil and political unrest” etc. We believe that the time has come for Africans to tell the true story about Africa. The time has come for us, as young people of Africa, to take advantage of the multimedia facilities which was used to stereotype the African child to give the African child his true identity and high self-esteem!
